Pick the best insole size by matching your foot length in centimeters. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size.

How to measure: Place your heel against a wall, stand on a ruler or tape measure and measure to the tip of your longest toe. Match the length (cm) to the chart above. If you're between sizes, choose the larger insole for comfort.
