Not satisfied with this one. Cheap feel and hard to put in the paddle. Save your money. Not recommended.

Easy to install. Within minutes I realized how awkward my continental grip was and learned how to use a proper eastern grip. The Grip Doctor really helped me get my grips right.
Comfortable - natural grip posture. I prefer them more than Hesacore.
More stable grip now after using the Grip Doctor. Good product.
